Why was the NeuroScope™ invented?

Since the 1970's, medical scientist have been intensively researching how to measure cardiac vagal tone non-invasively without exposing or inserting instruments into the vagus nerve through which impulses from the brain pass to the heart.Annual peer-reviewed scientific papers on this subject exceed 400 in numbers in the 80's and now the number is in the order of 2000. The NeuroScope™ was invented to measure cardiac vagal tone non-invasively in answer to the growing interest of monitoring the nervous control of the heart.
